SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (Cam XI)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the Cam XI online store (“Store”), operated from Nova Scotia, Canada.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Overview
We are an independent artist-run brand. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, production schedule, and order volume.
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and not guaranteed.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on:
product availability
production method (e.g., print-on-demand or in-house fulfillment)
order volume
seasonal demand
unforeseen delays
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
We reserve the right to adjust processing times as needed.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped using third-party carriers, which may include national postal services and private couriers.
Available shipping options (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on:
destination
carrier performance
customs processing (for international orders)
weather conditions
labour disruptions
other factors outside our control
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for:
delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses
lost packages due to incomplete address details
failed delivery attempts caused by customer error
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
6. Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship from Canada.
For international orders:
customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees may apply
these fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility
we do not control or collect these fees
7. Delays
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
postal service disruptions
customs inspections
extreme weather events
supply chain interruptions
production delays
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first contact the carrier directly.
We will assist where possible, including providing tracking information and supporting claims with the carrier.
Resolution of lost packages is determined on a case-by-case basis.
9. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Updates to Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time to reflect changes in operations, carriers, or fulfillment methods.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
