RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (Cam XI)


Effective Date: July 4, 2026


This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Cam XI online store (“Store”), operated from Nova Scotia, Canada.


By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.




1. Overview


We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, because Cam XI is an independent artist-run brand, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.


This policy applies to:



  • Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)

  • Physical merchandise

  • Digital products (including music and downloads)




2. Apparel & Physical Products


2.1 Returns


We accept returns for eligible physical items only if:



  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (unless defective)


We do not accept returns for:



  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or material that are typical of production processes




2.2 Exchanges


Where possible, we may offer exchanges for:



  • Wrong item shipped

  • Defective or damaged merchandise

  • Production errors


Size exchanges may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed, especially for limited edition or small-batch releases.




2.3 Refunds (Physical Items)


Refunds are only issued if:



  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or

  • A replacement cannot reasonably be provided


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned or verified (when required).


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.




3. Digital Products


All digital products are final sale.


This includes, but is not limited to:



  • Music downloads

  • Albums, singles, EPs

  • Digital artwork or visuals

  • Sample packs or media files

  • Any downloadable content


Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.


If you experience technical issues accessing a file, we will provide reasonable support to ensure successful delivery.




4. Pre-Orders


For pre-order items:



  • Estimated release and shipping dates are not guaranteed

  • Refund requests may be considered before production begins

  • Once production has started, refunds may no longer be available


Delays caused by manufacturing, shipping carriers, or external factors do not automatically qualify for refunds.




5. Return Process


To request a return or report an issue:



  1. Contact us at the support email listed on the Store

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)

  3. Wait for approval before sending any items back


Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.




6. Lost or Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.


Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.




7. Chargebacks


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:



  • Delay or denial of future orders

  • Requirement for additional verification on future purchases

  • Submission of proof of delivery and transaction records to payment processors


We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve issues before opening a dispute.




8. Right to Refuse Returns


We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we reasonably believe:



  • The item has been used or altered

  • The request is fraudulent

  • The return policy is being abused
